Four Core Certification Pathways

Level 4 Master Credential

Certified EV Master Technician (CEM-T)

Comprehensive certification verifying mastery of electric motor teardowns, inverter troubleshooting, CAN bus decoding, and thermal management servicing.

Prerequisites: Automotive mechanical/electrical background + 120 hours Academy coursework.

Level 2 Safety Credential

High-Voltage Safety Specialist (HVSS-1)

Mandatory qualification for working on live DC voltage systems exceeding 60V DC / 30V AC, covering lockout-tagout (LOTO) and personal protective isolation.

Prerequisites: Basic electrical safety orientation.

Level 3 Specialized Credential

Battery Diagnostic & Repair Specialist (BDRS)

Specialized credential covering lithium pack disassembly, module replacement, BMS parameter calibration, and stationary second-life testing.

Prerequisites: HVSS-1 Safety Certification.

Level 3 Infrastructure Credential

Certified EV Charging Infrastructure Engineer (CIE)
